We’re excited to announce a brand-new seasonal flavor at Revel — Wild Sol, our latest small-batch jun kombucha creation. This refreshing blend captures the vibrant flavors of late summer in Ojai, featuring locally grown passion fruit and prickly pear.

The Flavor Profile

Wild Sol is bright, juicy, and full of sunshine. Passion fruit brings its tropical tang with floral notes, while prickly pear adds a smooth, mellow sweetness that rounds it out beautifully.

If you’ve never tried prickly pear before, it’s the fruit of the nopal cactus, and its taste is unlike anything else — a delicate mix of watermelon, strawberry, and pear, with a touch of natural earthiness. When paired with the tangy sparkle of jun kombucha, it creates a flavor that’s crisp, slightly exotic, and endlessly drinkable.


Available for a Limited Time

Wild Sol will be on tap in our Ojai tasting room and also served as a refreshing kombucha slushy. Once this batch is gone, it’s gone — so come savor a glass (or two) while it lasts.
